- BBBoredNov 27, 20251.0Don't waste your time. Completely unable to deal with any level of reactive dog, even though they were told time and time again about my dog being nervous and reactive. Stated that it wouldn't be a problem. Took the dog in and was told they couldn't do her. Complete waste of time, they have no idea how to handle an animal unless it is essentially asleep. If you're going to deal with animals, please at least know how to handle with them on a very basic level. Don't tell a customer you can do something when you actually cannot.

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
